Athevon didn't start with a business plan. It started with watching someone we love spend hours every Sunday doing work that software should have been doing for her.
My wife is an online bodybuilding and nutrition coach. She's serious about her clients — the kind of coach who reviews every check-in photo, remembers every client's goal, and genuinely cares about their progress. But her Sunday evenings were consumed by a patchwork of tools that weren't built for her: Google Forms for check-ins, a shared Google Sheet for tracking progress, MyFitnessPal screenshots sent over Instagram DMs, a separate app for workout plans, and email threads for feedback.
Every week was the same manual grind. Chase down check-ins. Copy numbers into spreadsheets. Write feedback in one place and send it somewhere else. Lose track of who missed a submission. The busywork was crowding out the actual coaching.
We looked at the existing tools. Most were built for gym trainers managing in-person sessions, not online coaches running 20+ remote clients. The few that tried to serve online coaches were either bloated, expensive, or missing the specific workflows bodybuilding coaches actually use — photo check-ins, weekly accountability, macro adherence, progressive overload tracking.
“The busywork was crowding out the actual coaching.”
So we built Athevon. One platform that handles everything a bodybuilding coach needs — client check-ins, meal plan assignment, workout programming, progress analytics, and daily journaling — connected, in sync, and designed around how these coaches actually work.
We're RenmusSoftware LLC, a small software company based in Northwest Florida. We build tools for specific problems in specific communities — and we're starting here, with this one, because we know it from the inside.
We're in early access and we talk to every coach personally. Whether you have questions, feedback, or want to discuss a partnership — we'd love to hear from you.
